Before you write to us
Do I need to live near your office?
No. We file electronically with the immigration office of the province where you live, anywhere in Spain. We talk by video call, phone or email, and you do not need to travel to us.
How much does it cost?
The first consultation costs €120 including VAT, and it is deducted from our fees if you instruct us. Once we have studied your case we give you the fees for your procedure before any work starts. Government fees are paid separately.
Can you help while I am still outside Spain?
Yes. For routes that begin with a visa, such as the non-lucrative visa or the digital nomad visa, we prepare the file with you, tell you where it has to be filed and handle the next steps once you arrive.
Do you really work in English?
Yes. You can deal with us in English from the first message to the decision. Official documents are in Spanish, and we explain what each one says and what it asks of you.
Are you a paperwork agency?
No. Peralta Rojas Abogados is a law firm. Your case is handled by registered lawyers, who can also appeal if the authorities refuse it.
Tell us where you stand
A short message is enough to start. A lawyer replies with the route that fits your case and the next step.
